Over a decade ago, I moved to Folsom and fell in love with this beautiful city because of the welcoming nature of the residents, public safety record and vibrancy.
My kids grew up in this town and attended Folsom High School. I am deeply rooted in our community, and I believe in the potential for positive change that lies within each neighborhood.
As an IT Professional and Entrepreneur, I have over 18 years of experience working with Government agencies and collaborating with community members. My journey in the IT sector has equipped me with the skills needed to navigate complex technological landscapes and find innovative solutions to modern challenges. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with various government agencies, gaining valuable insights into the intricacies of public service and administration.
This experience has deepened my understanding of the hurdles that often impede progress in governance, hindering the efficient delivery of services to our community.
As an entrepreneur, I’ve successfully founded and led businesses, honing my ability to think strategically and drive results. This dual perspective, both as an IT professional and an entrepreneur, positions me uniquely to bridge the gap between technology and effective governance.
My dedication to public service is a driving force in my life. After moving to Folsom, my passion led me to join the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), where I actively volunteered to contribute to the safety and well-being of our community.
As a parent, safety and security of our children are paramount to me. This commitment prompted my involvement in the Folsom High School Site Safety Committee. Serving alongside dedicated teachers—some of the brightest minds in town—I am honored to contribute to creating a safe and nurturing environment for our kids to flourish.
I have faith in the strength of community involvement and working together to create a safe and supportive atmosphere. This conviction has driven me to collaborate with homeless shelters and partner with Loaves & Fishes to provide meals to the hungry, particularly during challenging winter conditions.
Together, let’s continue working towards a community where safety and growth go hand in hand.
